2004 Syrah
SY2004
WINEMAKER NOTES:
The aromas forcast the wine's rich flavors and supple texture: ripe plum, black fruits, rose petals, beef bouillon and coffee bean. Multi layered flavors unfold on the palate, revealing luscious black cheries, wild blackberries, cocoa powder, earthy minerality and a hint of cinnamon & white pepper. Well structured, rich & viscous from start to finish, this Syrah will continue to develop for many years.
